Please be vigilant against fraud, particularly about sharing your financial and personal information, as criminals seek to capitalise on the Covid-19 pandemic. Criminals are experts at impersonating HMRC, people, organisations and the police. HMRC has changed the dedicated phone number for the coronavirus helpline targeted at businesses and the self employed to 0800 024 1222 to increase load capacity.
