We are interested in hearing from like-minded individuals, who are keen to join a firm that wants to do things right by both their staff and clients.

Revel’s Mission Statement

Revel was started because we wanted to create a firm reflective of our values and had a vision that business can be a force for good.

Our vision is for Revel to have a positive impact for our clients, as an employer, to our local community, and to the environment. One vision, that breaks down into many parts but have a common theme of our team sharing a collective drive to uphold our values, and to always be open to learn, change and improve.

Our vision is to have a positive impact for our clients by delivering clear and tailored advice, combined with excellent service at prices that don’t cost the earth. The result: our client’s get their time back, to invest back into their business, or themselves.

As an employer

Our vision is to have a positive impact as an employer by making Revel a rewarding place to work, where staff feel respected, valued and included in our vision. The result: high levels of staff engagement and alignment with our vision and values.

Our community

Our vision is to have a positive impact on our community by Revel actively evaluating its diversity, equity & inclusion, economic impact, civic engagement, charitable giving, and supply chain management. The result: we are a local employer, paying fair wages, conscious of building our team with diverse representation from the local community whilst creating an inclusive work environment. We are keen to support local suppliers with similar values and are conscious of how we spend and save/invest our money/pensions. We also take steps to empower the team to support local causes that align with their values and allow transparency on our financial performance.

The environment

Our vision is to have a positive impact on the environment by Revel actively evaluating its management practices that impact on the air we breathe, the climate, water consumption, the land and biodiversity. The result: Revel finds new ways to cut emissions, reuse, recycle, and reduce its waste and its impact on the environment.

Our Values

Our values support our Mission Statement and reflect what’s important to us. We also strongly believe we will not achieve our vision without upholding our values.

Our values represent the culture we aspire to every day, guiding our judgements, building trust and helping us to be at our best.
