Revel is conscientious in everything it does but like everyone else, we mustn’t assume we are doing all we can for the wider good.
We interact with our staff, local community and manage our impact on the environment with the same values of honesty, integrity and transparency as we apply to our work. It is important to us that Revel’s impact is a positive one, so we have a clear Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.

Positive place to work
Our staff are productive and engaged with their work so that you get the quality we promise. Revel is committed to creating a positive and enjoyable place to work for our staff. Revel achieves this by having an open and trustworthy working environment, and by supporting and encouraging training and development on a personal level.
Wherever possible Revel supports charitable fundraising and giving. As we and our clients grow, our aim is to be big enough to support a nominated local charity for a year and to host a few charity fundraising events throughout that year in its honour.
Revel is a local business. We are dedicated to establishing lasting roots and building strong business relationships covering the Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire area. This can be demonstrated by our “Revel Alliance” initiative, and our strong commitment to quality local networking groups.
As Revel gets bigger, it hopes to work with local schools to take on work experience students and/or an intern.
Revel recently sponsored Normandy Cricket’s Club’s charity quiz, which was a wonderful evening to raise money to help this historic local cricket team.
As Revel grows it will look for a couple events a year to sponsor. If you have an upcoming event and you require a sponsor, please do not hesitate to get in touch for a chat.
Revel is aware that there is a need for this through organisations such as Citizen Advice. Although now is not the time for Revel, we are aiming to be settled enough to introduce annual pro bono hourly targets for our staff in financial year 2021- 2022.
We actively promote recycling in our office, and have fully implemented paperless accounts and tax files.
Revel primarily deals with local suppliers were possible, and takes the time to ensure that we work with businesses that share our values about social responsibility.
